Extra creamy in Manhattan

The Creamery will open its newest location at 11 a.m. Friday in Manhattan, at 525 W. North St.

Formerly RT's Diner, the site had been vacant for several years and was extensively remodeled by Frankfort-based McEnery Enterprises LLC, which operates Creamery locations. Work on the property began last summer, but the opening was delayed because of timing concerns.
